Riskalyze Launches Retirement Solutions Platform and Announces Enhancements to Pro, Premier and Autopilot Products at Fearless Investing Summit
First-ever customer conference kicks off in Lake Tahoe with renowned speakers and over 400 attendees celebrating the Fearless Investing Movement
Incline Village, NV – October 5, 2017 – Riskalyze kicked off the Fearless Investing Summit at the Hyatt Regency in Lake Tahoe yesterday and welcomed keynote speakers including Shark Tank star Daymond John, former Washington Redskins Quarterback Joe Theismann, and a variety of industry thought leaders. The three-day event covers topics including advisor marketing, women in the advisory industry, the DOL fiduciary rule, advisor marketing, behavioral finance and financial technology.
During Riskalyze CEO Aaron Klein’s keynote today, he unveiled Riskalyze Retirement Solutions, a joint offering from Riskalyze and Vestwell, delivering the industry’s first end-to-end digital 401(k) experience built around the Risk Number®. Advisors have been using the Retirement Plans feature to serve plan participants at scale, but now will be able to serve the plan itself with a Risk Number-centric managed account offering. Launching later this year, Riskalyze Retirement Solutions will be available to all advisors with a Riskalyze license at no additional cost.
“After going through the process of setting up a 401(k) for our own employees, we saw an industry in need of serious disruption. If we’re going to empower the world to invest fearlessly, we need to reach the 401(k) and equip advisors to serve plans,” Klein said. “We couldn’t be more excited to partner with Vestwell, one of the incredible innovators in our industry, to create an end-to-end digital 401(k) experience built around the Risk Number.”
“At Vestwell, our number one priority is providing financial advisors with retirement technology that removes the administrative burden of implementing and servicing retirement plans,” said Vestwell CEO Aaron Schumm. “We’re thrilled to reach more advisors through our partnership with Riskalyze, an industry leader whose mission of equipping advisors with outstanding risk assessment technologies mirrors our own core values.”
In his keynote address, Klein also announced several enhancements to the Riskalyze platform, which are all either live today, or will roll out in customer accounts over the coming few weeks.
- Scenarios: Riskalyze is going beyond the stress test to introduce Scenarios – a tool to compare multiple portfolios, indexes, benchmarks, portfolio models, and individual securities, across any market timeline. Built into its portfolio analysis tools, Scenarios lets advisors set custom date ranges, display historical visuals, and includes an all-new forecasted stress-test. Advisors who love a particular scenario can save it and reuse it across all of their client meetings.
- Riskalyze Academy: Bringing the training of advisors to the next level, Riskalyze is introducing Riskalyze Academy. This holistic online training platform provides in-depth instruction on various Riskalyze features, workflows and best practices that advisors can implement to empower fearless investing with their clients. Assessments can help advisors gauge their progress in weaving the Risk Number into their client process.
- Autopilot: Riskalyze announced that American Funds and Dorsey Wright have joined the Autopilot Partner Store as new strategist partners. Additionally, Riskalyze demonstrated enhancements to how advisors can manage client cash needs, putting money to work and alerting advisors to cash changes much faster. Lastly, Riskalyze introduced Multi-Strategy Accounts, allowing advisors to split a single investment account across multiple asset management strategies, whether those strategies come from the Autopilot Partner Store, or are models built by the advisor.
“We’re excited to share these new products and enhancements at our inaugural Fearless Investing Summit this week,” said Chief Investment Officer Mike McDaniel. “Our track record of delivering rapid innovation for the advisors we love to serve is unparalleled in our industry, and we look forward to continuing that leadership for a long time to come.”
