Riskalyze Unveils a Host of Brand New Features Ahead of the Reg BI Compliance Deadline

New analytics and due diligence tools empower advisors and wealth management enterprises to better build, trade, and document portfolios in the best interests of investors.

AUBURN, CALIFORNIA — June 17, 2020 — Riskalyze today announced general availability for four major enhancements to its product lineup in light of the rapidly approaching June 30th effective date of the SEC’s Regulation Best Interest. The new lineup of compliance-optimized features include:

• Report Attachments – Available in Riskalyze Select, advisors and firm administrators can now ensure that all client-facing printed materials satisfy Reg BI’s disclosure obligation by attaching their Customer Relationship Summary (form CRS) to client-facing reports. In addition to being able to add form CRS into reports like Investment Policy Statements, firms can use the new Report Attachments functionality to creatively customize reports in whatever way fits their business best.
• New Detailed Portfolio Stats – Available in Riskalyze Elite, Detailed Portfolio Stats is now equipped with new analytics, new widgets to analyze portfolio composition, and additional layers of configuration for drilling into a recommendation. The Portfolio Sandbox module aids in the decision-making process by visually demonstrating the impact of potential changes to a portfolio and all-new reporting options beautifully present this detail to clients in print form.
• Tax Intelligent Trading – Available with Autopilot Trading, acting as a fiduciary when keeping client accounts on track just got even easier. Instead of the rigid rules-based framework that traditional rebalancers use, Riskalyze’s proprietary trading optimization engine provides advisors with a detailed analysis of tax liabilities in a trade list, and allows them to intelligently optimize trades for the right combination of target accuracy and minimized tax impact.
• Enterprise Cloud – Available for enterprise clients, this brand-new portal centralizes the deployment of Riskalyze and surfaces configuration, compliance data, and business intelligence to home offices. From form CRS delivery status to proposal alignment audits, home offices now have access to the data they need in a single, interactive view.

Riskalyze also announced the “end of life” of several legacy features, including its Basic Account Opening functionality, shifting its strategy and product roadmap toward direct integration with the digital account opening initiatives that its custodian partners are pursuing; Docusign integration for IPS signature, given the limitations of Docusign’s APIs and products; and the legacy advisor marketing kit, which was replaced by the Interactive Advisor Marketing Kit in Riskalyze Elite.
